教授,博導,曾任寧波大學校長。 

個人教育和工作經歷

1989/09-1990/10:英國利茲大學訪問學者; 
1982/01-1985/06:浙江大學光儀系精密計量與測試專業,獲碩士學位; 
1978/03-1982/01:浙江大學光儀系激光儀器專業,獲學士學位。

浙江省重點扶持學科通信與信息系統學科帶頭人,寧波市光通信工程技術中心主任,寧波大學通信與信息系統碩士點的帶頭人,寧波大學信息學院光纖通信與光纖傳感技術研究所所長,浙江省光學學會、物理學會常務理事。中科院上海技術物理研究所博士生導師、中科院寧波材料所和上海光學精密機械研究所兼職博士生導師,2000年享受國務院政府特殊津貼,2002年獲教育部高校優秀骨干教師資助計劃優秀完成人員,寧波市4321人才培養人員。長期從事光學精密測量、光纖通信、特種光纖和紅外光學材料等領域的研究工作?,F為《Chinese Physic Letter》、《物理學報》等刊物擔任特約評審員。主持了973計劃前期研究項目(No.2006CB708607)項目1項,國家科技部973計劃子項目一項(No. 2004CB719805) , 2項國家自然基金面上項目(No.60677015,60978058),1 項浙江省科技廳重點攻關項目(No.60677015)。曾獲2007 年浙江省科技進步二等獎(排名第一)和2007年寧波市科技進步一等獎(排名第一)。出版專著3部,近5年來發表論文70余篇,獲國家專利11項。
